Jack Beder is the Director of Investments at MOD Developments. He is responsible for the firm’s investment strategy and execution, overseeing underwriting, securing debt financing, conducting thorough due diligence, monitoring the performance of ongoing developments, and supporting the disposition of completed projects. Jack combines strategic insight with financial discipline to help drive MOD’s growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.
Prior to joining MOD, Jack was Vice President of Real Estate Investments at U-Rite Technologies, where he managed a high-performing team of analysts, advised clients on complex development and acquisition opportunities, and contributed to the evolution of U-Rite’s proprietary financial modeling platform.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
