FIVE

FIVE set the standard for Yonge Street’s revitalization. The 48-storey, 539 unit tower integrated and restored half a block of commercial buildings dating back to the 1880’s. Though its unique tower has become an impressive piece of downtown Toronto’s skyline, at grade, FIVE has rejuvenated the local neighbourhood by adding sidewalk cafes, public art and rebuilding cobblestoned St. Nicholas Street.

Designed in collaboration by HPA Architects and ERA Architects, the building features a sculpted point tower, panoramic views of the city, and prominent undulating balconies, which define it as one of Toronto’s most desirable mixed-use developments.
